> What currency are your prices in?
New Zealand Dollars

> What size are your shoes in? 
Animal shoes are UK sizing, all other brands are in US sizing.
As a guide, sizing is generally as follows:
US7= UK6= EUR39
US8= UK7= EUR41
US9= UK8= EUR42
US10=UK9=EUR44
US11=UK10=EUR45
US12=UK11=EUR46
US13=UK12=EUR47

> Do you ship overseas?
We could do that for you, we would just need to check the shipping cost with you first.

> What if I buy something and it doesn't fit, or it's not what I expected?
You can return it to us and we will happily exchange it or refund the cost of the item.

> What if the goods are faulty or damaged?
We hope this doesn't happen to you, but if it does we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

> How secure is your payments system?
We use Direct Payment Solutions Ltd. DPS are committed to protecting your privacy as an Internet user and recognizes its responsibility to keep confidential at all times any information which it acquires in connection with such a transaction. To enable DPS to provide secure payment facilities it will typically acquire information which may include the Cardholder's name, credit card number (with the expiry date) and billing address.

> What if I don't have a credit card?
No worries. You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Our bank details will be sent to you after you place your order.

> How long will my delivery take?
It depends on the size of the item. Smaller items are sent via NZ Couriers and are normally delivered next working day. Larger items are sent via Post Haste and normally take 2 working days. Rural deliveries can take a bit longer depending on your local area service.

> What if my delivery doesn't arrive?
When your order is despatched, you will be sent a "track and trace" number so you can see where your delivery is.
Otherwise, feel free to contact us and we'll do a "track and trace" for you and sort it out.

> Can I pick my order up?
Sure can. Just let us know on your order when you would like to collect it, and we'll have it ready and waiting.
