Returns/Refunds
It can be a bit tricky when you buy online and don't have the option of seeing the items in real life, so we offer a refund for online purchases. Purchases made in-store, where you can see what you're getting, are not refundable, but we are happy to exchange or issue a credit note if you change your mind. For faulty items, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.

For returns, we do have some conditions:
The goods must be unused and in resalable condition.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, and with proof of purchase.
Cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense.
The freight portion paid on any purchase is not refundable.
If goods were initially sent "freight free",  the cost of shipping will be charged and deducted from any approved refund.

If you do have an item to return please contact us to advise your request to return, and we will advise return address.

Be sure to keep a record of the courier if returning goods, as we are not responsible if it is not received. We would advise going to the post office and using one of their track and trace courier bags or tickets.
