Returns Policy

Returns/Refunds
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note if you change your mind. For faulty items, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.

For returns, we do have some conditions:
The goods must be unused and in resalable condition.
Please notify us within 7 days of your request to return an item.
The goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date, and with proof of purchase.
The cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense.
The cost to send a replacement item is to paid by the customer.

If you do have an item to return please contact us to advise your request to return, and we will advise return address.

Be sure to keep a record of the courier if returning goods, as we are not responsible if it is not received. We would advise going to the post office and using one of their track and trace courier bags or tickets.
